Facts:	Between December 1, 2008 and May 25, 2011, Darcy Allan Bedard, being the official agent for Bruce Benson, a candidate in the Selkirk-Interlake Electoral District for the 39th federal general election, did in the Rural Municipality of Gimli or elsewhere in the Province of Manitoba, wilfully fail to comply with a requirement of the Chief Electoral Officer to provide additional documents set out in a list attached to the requirement made under s. 451(2.2) of the Canada Elections Act.
Offence:	Darcy Allan Bedard pled guilty to contravening section 497(3)(r.1) of the Canada Elections Act.

Offence:	Darcy Allan Bedard pled guilty to contravening section 497(1)(r) of the Canada Elections Act.

Facts:	Between August 17, 2006 and May 25, 2011, Darcy Allan Bedard, being the official agent for Bruce Benson, a candidate in the Selkirk-Interlake Electoral District for the 39th federal general election, did in the Rural Municipality of Gimli or elsewhere in the Province of Manitoba, wilfully fail to provide the Chief Electoral Officer with Bruce Benson's candidate's declaration concerning his electoral campaign return, contrary to section 451(1) (e) of the Canada Elections Act.
Offence:	Darcy Allan Bedard pled guilty to contravening section 497(3(r) of the Canada Elections Act.
