Accused:	Amandeep Gill of Calgary, Alberta.
Facts:	On April 30, 2013, two Canada Elections Act charges were sworn in the City of Calgary, in the Province of Alberta.
Offence:	Amandeep Gill was convicted of contravening paragraph 497(3)(r) of the Canada Elections Act for failing to provide the Chief Electoral Officer with an electoral campaign return for the 40th (2008) general election, contrary to section 451 of the Act. The other charge was withdrawn.
Sentencing Date:	January 13, 2014
Sentence:	$400 fine
