Charge no. 1

Anna Milani, on or about June 30, 2020, at or near the City of Richmond Hill or elsewhere in the Province of Ontario, as the official agent for Leona Alleslev-Krofchak, a candidate in the 43rd federal general election, did provide the Chief Electoral Officer a document, namely an electoral campaign return, that she knew or ought to have reasonably known contained a material statement that was false or misleading, contrary to paragraph 477.72(1)(a) of the Canada Elections Act, and did thereby commit an offence contrary to subsection 497.4 (2)(r) of the Canada Elections Act.

Charge no. 2

Anna Milani, between on or about November 1, 2019, and on or about May 11, 2021, inclusive, at or near the City of Richmond Hill or elsewhere in the Province of Ontario, did commit theft of a value more than $5000, by fraudulently and without colour of right, taking or converting money from an account at the Royal Bank of Canada associated with the electoral campaign of Leona Alleslev-Krofchak, a candidate in the 43rd federal general election, contrary to subsection 322(1)(a) of the Criminal Code, and did thereby commit an offence contrary to subsection 334(a) of the Criminal Code.

Charge no. 3

Anna Milani, between on or about December 10, 2018, and on or about September 10, 2019, inclusive, at or near the City of Richmond Hill or elsewhere in the Province of Ontario, did commit theft of a value more than $5000, by fraudulently and without colour of right, taking or converting money from an account at the Toronto Dominion bank associated with the Aurora–Oak Ridges–Richmond Hill Conservative Association, contrary to subsection 322(1)(a) of the Criminal Code, and did thereby commit an offence contrary to subsection 334(a) of the Criminal Code.
