Robert Cameron, between the 21st and 27th of June 2016, inclusive, at or near the City of Keswick, or elsewhere in the Province of Ontario, did, on behalf of a registered party, provide the Chief Electoral Officer with information under section 407 of the Canada Elections Act, knowing such information to be false or misleading, thereby contravening subsection 408(2) and committing an offence under subsection 497.1(3) of the Canada Elections Act, S. C. 2000, c. 9 as amended.
