Charge no. 1

That Martial Boudreau did, on October 19, 2015, in the municipality of Sainte-Rose, in the Province of New Brunswick, wilfully alter, deface or destroy a ballot, thereby contravening paragraph 167(2)(a) of the Canada Elections Act, and by doing so committed an offence contrary to paragraph 489(3)(e) of the Canada Elections Act, S.C 2000, c. 9, as amended.

Charge no. 2

That Martial Boudreau did, on October 19, 2015, in the municipality of Sainte-Rose, in the Province of New Brunswick, take a ballot out of the polling station, thereby contravening paragraph 167(2)(c) of the Canada Elections Act, and by doing so committed an offence contrary to paragraph 489(3)(e) of the Canada Elections Act, S.C 2000, c. 9, as amended.
