Charge no. 1

That David Del Mastro and Tori-Lynn Manchulenko knowingly concealed or attempted to conceal the identity of the source of a contribution governed by the Canada Elections Act, by providing money from Deltro Electric Ltd. to one or more individuals in exchange for those same individuals making one or more contributions to the campaign of Dean Del Mastro, a candidate in the 2008 federal general election, contrary to paragraph 405.2(2)(a) of the Canada Elections Act, S.C. 2000, c.9, as amended, and thereby committed an offence contrary to paragraph 497(3)(f.15) of the Canada Elections Act, S.C. 2000, c.9, as amended;

And further, that David Del Mastro and Tori-Lynn Manchulenko, between the 1st of September 2008 and the 31st of October 2008, in the cities of Mississauga and Peterborough, and elsewhere in the Province of Ontario, knowingly circumvented the campaign contribution limit for an individual donor set out in paragraph 405(1)(a.1) of the Canada Elections Act by having Deltro Electric Ltd. provide money to one or more individuals in exchange for those same individuals making contributions in their own names to Dean Del Mastro, a candidate in the 2008 federal general election, contrary to paragraph 405.2(1)(a) of the Canada Elections Act, S.C. 2000, c.9, as amended, and thereby committed an offence contrary to paragraph 497(3)(f.14) of the Canada Elections Act, S.C. 2000, c.9, as amended.
