ADDENDUM
COMPLIANCE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY THE COMMISSIONER
OF CANADA ELECTIONS AND NORDA STELO INC.
On April 3, 2020, the Commissioner of Canada Elections (the Commissioner) entered into a compliance agreement with Norda Stelo Inc., pursuant to section 517 of the Canada Elections Act (the Act).
The compliance agreement required, among other things, that Norda Stelo Inc. transmit to the Commissioner, no later than August 31, 2020, a payment of $35,000.00 made by certified cheque or bank draft payable to the Receiver General of Canada.
Due to serious financial difficulties currently experienced by Norda Stelo Inc., and in particular due to the COVID-19 crisis, the parties have agreed to postpone the payment until February 28, 2022.
It is understood that all others terms and conditions of the compliance agreement remain unchanged.
